Other business systems
CRM systems: We have supported a variety of user training requirements for sales, care services, call centres and local government. This includes developing a tailored user training programme for a large insurance company moving to saleforces.com.
Field service management systems: We worked with the London Borough of Sutton to help introduce a new environmental services management system; Contender Streetscene to front line staff from parks, highways and waste management.
Care records / case management systems: We have worked with a public sector client to develop user focused training solutions to help them adjust to changes in working practices as part of their new system implementation.
Insurance systems: We offer wide experience of training in contract certainty, document management, electronic processing and other systems used in the insurance industry. We support Aon as their business system training provider.
