Darren is a happy go lucky fellow who likes nothing better than learning, and thus imparting the knowledge he has taken in, to others. He worked his way up from a Customer Service Professional into a training procurement finance position and has been training for five years now.
James is an Agresso trainer who enjoys making complex subjects more simple for people to understand. He has a range of training accolades, and enjoys being part of a large training team so he can learn from and rely on others to do a good job.
James is an Agresso trainer/Project Manager who also started in training administration and got interested in knowledge transfer. He enjoys interacting with big teams and creating training solutions that help the end user to make their jobs easier.
David is a qualified business studies secondary school teacher who was interested in moving into training and has done it ever since. He specialises in Microsoft office training and delivers WebEx training to people seated all around the world. He enjoys the freedom training provides and will often be seen helping others even when not in a training session
Kevin is a detail-focused and accurate trainer who has the ability to understand technology easily. He enjoys interacting with people and is in many ways the perfect IT trainer. He has been in the business for twenty years and has a string of training qualifications to his name. He also enjoys the advantages of working within a team of highly resourceful trainers and enjoys the constant learning his job requires.
Nicky is a bespoke systems trainer who came into training via various promotions, and originally started training people to use electronic typewriters. She now, however, is the senior training consultant on many of Optimums most demanding project rollouts and after 17 years as a trainer has a wealth of information at her fingertips.
Elizabeth is another one of our IT systems training consultants and covers most of the country training business systems to all of Optimum's clients. She aspired to be a trainer early in her career, and has been doing so for the last 10 years now. She enjoys how different clients use the same product in ways to suit their businesses.
Having spent time as a programmer, Vincent decided his skills would be better suited to helping people understand technology rather than not using it. He has a BA (Hons) in computing and accounting and has been training for the last seven years.
Geof is a lead trainer on Microsoft Office, SharePoint and often trains on Agresso Reporting Tools. He has an Institute of IT training accreditation, and a Microsoft MOUS master and is an Iacta lead auditor. He enjoys standing in front of others and sharing knowledge and enjoys the vagaries that come with the job. Every day is different, and every group is different.
