All of our training consultants are accredited by the Learning and Performance Institute (formerly the Institute of IT Training). We have a large group of trainers, as well as a back-office team consisting of project managers, training administrators, resource management and sales and marketing support.

Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in instructional design, scripting and building eLearning, as well as delivering classroom and virtual classroom training across a wide range of software and industries. Elizabeth specialises in HR systems, but is also experienced in developing training for ERP and CRM systems. Elizabeth has been an Optimum consultant since 2007 after a career managing customer training for a major HR systems provider.
Like all of our trainers Nicola is an accredited member of the Institute of IT Training but in addition she holds a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Certificate in Training Practice. She develops materials and courses, including eLearning for bespoke business and ERP systems across a number of sectors including banking, government, retail, insurance and engineering. Nicola has experience of working as part of a global team and negotiating agreements from multiple stakeholders.
David specialises in bespoke Microsoft Office sessions, delivering training via WebEx to people seated all around the world. He is experienced in developing training materials and delivering Train-the-Trainer courses, as well as running training for newly recruited graduates. His sector experience spans financial services, telecommunications, insurance and several high profile management consultancy firms. David comes from a teaching background and connects with his delegates as he aspires to facilitate their learning.
Michael has worked for Optimum since 2005 giving him the opportunity to deliver training for global ERP system rollouts, travelling everywhere from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe! He has experience in providing user focussed training for a range of systems and isn’t daunted by the size or complexity of a project. Michael has also expanded his skills set by becoming an eLearning developer so he can transfer his understanding of how people learn from the classroom to the PC.
Jodie provides training administration support for many of our larger projects, including managing bookings, databases, client portals and reports. Jodie also provides QA support for eLearning and training documentation development. More recently Jodie has been involved in the development of learning portals for some of our clients who wish to store all of their training documentation and eLearning modules via an Optimum-hosted system.
Joanne is Optimum's Sales Manager, responsible for acquiring new and repeat business for both the business system and desktop application portfolios. More recently, Joanne has been responsible for consolidating new business partnerships and has contributed greatly to the development of the expanding range of Optimum's expertise and training approaches. Joanne has worked for Optimum for 12 years, having previously worked in recruitment.
Lizette has recently joined Optimum as a training consultant, working on course design, delivery and training material development for a number of Optimum's ERP projects. She has an MA in Business Management and a BA in Information Science.
Mark has recently returned to Optimum to work on both business systems and desktop application training projects. He has a wealth of experience in course design and delivery, including virtual and distance learning solutions.
Callum has recently joined Optimum as a training consultant, working on course design, delivery and training material development for a number of Optimum's ERP projects. Previously Callum spent 18 months working in China, teaching English and interning at a British Consultancy Company based in Shanghai.
Rebecca is a relatively new joiner to the expanding Sales team at Optimum. She specialises identifying clients who are rolling out or upgrading ERP systems and how Optimum can aid in the successful delivery of projects. She has a background in working with some of the biggest management consultancies and system implementers.
