Training that succeeds: Training is the key in reaping the business benefits of Agresso. And to get the most from your training, it has to be timely. Implement the training too far in advance of the system "go-live" and users will not retain the information.
Relevant and accessible: Training should be relevant, and focus on what the end-user actually does. It shouldn’t distract with unnecessary information.It must also be accessible, provided where and when it is convenient for your users. We keep our documentation simple, technically accurate, easy to access and easy to read.
Business-process based: Training must be about more than software: it must be grounded in your business processes and policies.
Supported: Training is supported by documentation, e-learning modules, telephone support or floor-walking.
