Who is the course for?

This course is designed for new users who wish to convert files to PDF for distribution by email, inclusion on a web site or output to a commercial printer.

Pre-requisites
You need to have basic Windows skills, including opening and saving, copying and moving information, and working with a keyboard and mouse.

Creating a PDF From within Acrobat, create a PDF: from a file/multiple files, a web page, a scanner, a clipboard image, and a blank page; creating a PDF externally; creating a PDF in MS Office (PDFMaker)

Modifying a PDF Touching up text and objects; adding, moving & deleting pages; merging PDF files together

PDF Navigation Adding bookmarks; reordering bookmarks; adding links to existing pages; adding links to other PDFs; adding web hyperlinks; working with articles

Structuring a PDF Adding headers and footers; adding and controlling page numbering; adding and amending comments; overview of PDF security

Repurposing Data Extracting content from a PDF; exporting images from a PDF; brief overview of the Acrobat Organiser
