Make sure your constraints are necessary and intended.

Project automatically applies a must start on constraint to a task if you:

• Type a start or finish date, or

• Select a start or finish date from the calendar

• Drag a task on the Gantt chart

Remove accidental constraints in Task Information » Advanced tab » set to As soon as possible.
